The apartment was great, really really well-located near a tram, old town, everything. The place was huge and clean, perfect for a group of friends or (as we were) a couple + a couple friends, because the bedroom is separate from the living room.
The staff seems like they're trying to nickel and dime you every chance they get. We were at their door at 7:02, ran in, and everyone was still there, it's not like anyone had left or it was a big deal that we were a couple minutes late-- I had called ahead of time to mention we'd be cutting it close, too, and they indicated that was ok. Traffic getting into Brussels is terrible and their office is located on an impossible-to-find street that you can't get to using simple GPS or Google Maps because it's down a series of one-way streets which have *no parking. Of course, despite this, they charged us an unnecessarily large "late check in" fee. The internet is not free, but quite expensive to use. They were also not particularly helpful regarding parking, since they gave us misinformation about street parking costs and also told us we couldn't just park in their parkhouse for one day, we would have to stay for the full 2+ days in the parkhouse and pay extra to take the car out on Sunday since it's not a workday. They're a hotel-- don't most people come in and stay Friday-Sunday??
